A klezmer band that plays Jazz, Rock & Roll and more? We are easily flexible, and can cater to your needs.

If you hire Kol Haruach to play for your party or event, you have the option of requesting more than just Klezmer music. The band can play Ladino, Israeli, Swing, contemporary Jazz and Rock & Roll, and are happy to include this in the mix if you would like it to be. In fact, Kol Haruach is so well known for its Jazz and Swing, at some events the band actually performs under the name Just Jazz. Click here to listen to sound clips from that band.

If you enjoy Rock & Roll and were interested in adding some of that into the repertoire, you should check out the Nexus Rock Band. Since many of our players also play in that group, the band could include Rock in the mix for your event, if you request it. (listen to sound samples)

Separate from the band as an ensemble, many of our players also play solo jazz (great for the cocktail hour or ceremony). Listen to our artists play solo.

A Duo or Trio For Your Ceremony or Cocktails

Now that you understand and have heard some of our various music options, if you are planning a wedding or other special event that involves any type of ceremony, pre-ceremony, cocktail hour or planned segment outside of the main party, we invite you to discuss with us the thought of playing for you during those moments as well. As long as it directly precedes the performance of the full band, we can provide an awesome duo or trio as an incredible option to create the perfect atmosphere for those special moments. This combo could play ethnic, Israeli, Latin, jazz, swing, a touch of Rock & Roll and much, much more. Imagine a violin or clarinet with bass serenading your guests as they enter your ceremony or enjoy cocktails. And as an extension of the full band, we can offer you a very reasonable rate for this smaller group, as the players will already be on location for the main event. Ask us for details.
