A DJ For Your Event

We don't just work with DJ's, we can be the DJ, too!

Yes, the band does play Rock & Roll, and does it well. However, if you are looking for the option, with our state of the art sound system and music library, we can take on a whole new dimension by being the band while also being the DJ. We can set it up so that the band alternates with our DJ system....where the DJ can play original artist recordings solo....or by bringing the band in to play along with the recordings. This is great for the Rock & Roll portion of any party, as you get the best of both worlds....the original sound of the artist....with the live band, together! We've kept parties going on for hours with this routine. What a blast! If you are interested in Rock & Roll for your event, ask us about this option.

Dance Instruction and Games

There is no better combination of entertainment at a party than the live band and our dance instructor. If you are interested in an instructor, we can provide one of two options:

Our clarinet player is a Peabody-trained Klezmer/Israeli dance instructor as well as a musician. So, for all of the Klezmer music, you have an instructor right there who can get everybody participating in the group dancing, even if they have no familiarity with the music or the culture whatsoever.

Or:

We can easily bring in one of our dance instructors to show your guests Israeli, Rock, Swing, Funk, Disco, and even Hip-Hop dance! If this is a kids party or Bar Mitzvah, this same instructor can work games with the kids. Complete flexibility!

Between the live band playing and the dancing (and the games option), there is no better party! Be careful, because with this combination it is common for our parties run long. It might get late, but people just won't want to go home.

Dance Along With Us

Are you planning to dance at your wedding or gathering? We certainly encourage it! As we play Klezmer, Israeli, Ladino, Jazz, Swing and Rock & Roll, we always get the crowd on their feet and dancing in their chairs!
